The SCS-C is the primary gateway into the sequencer construction set. It takes either a separate external clock and a run gate, converts it to voltages compatible with the SCS modules, and then buffers it for consumption. The run and clock signals can be connected via separate inputs, or an RC24 signal on a TRS cable can be connected to the lower jack input.
